The St. Camillus Anbu Elderly Care Center was officially inaugurated on July 28, 2024, at the St. Camillus Seminary, Enam Mathur, Trichy, coinciding with the eve of the Feast of St. Camillus De Lellis.

The event was graced by chief guests Karuppiah and Kamalam Karuppaiah and honored by local Panchayat Presidents, who extended their support to the center’s mission. The initiative aims to provide monthly day-care services, medical support, nutritious meals, and emotional care for 65 elderly individuals, focusing on restoring dignity and empowering them to lead meaningful lives.

With a monthly operating cost of ₹37,000, the center invites contributions from well-wishers to support its objectives. The project stands as a testament to compassion and community service, reflecting the spirit of St. Camillus in caring for the elderly.
